Returning items because they didn’t like it

So someone bought engine oil of my platform and now wants to return it because they didn’t like it. I don’t know what the best solution is. I haven’t spoken to them yet and was wondering how to handle the situation without causing any trouble

You are a Business seller with a 30 day Returns policy so you do have to accept this return.

 

Remind your buyer that they do have to pay for the fully tracked return postage for this item,  and to find the correct method / courier to post such an item.

Thank you for your email.

What would I do if the item is used or opened since our product is engine
oil. Once an item is opened it’s lost its value.
