So someone bought engine oil of my platform and now wants to return it because they didn’t like it. I don’t know what the best solution is. I haven’t spoken to them yet and was wondering how to handle the situation without causing any trouble

Remind your buyer that they do have to pay for the fully tracked return postage for this item, and to find the correct method / courier to post such an item.
