I have been to 4 drop stores none will take my parcel saye to big no room to store.
As I could not use custom postage looks like I will have to refund the buyer they are not happy as they really wanted the item, I called and spoke to a bloke he had no idea how simple delivery worked went on about me cancelling the label and doing another, I said for who? Evri parcel well in there size range but the stores said we just do not have the room, the only way I see round this is for me to cancel the sale and list in the garden part where you can use custom postage then send the buyer the item number. I done an item to be collected by the Royal Mail the lady had nothing come through to tell her to collect it, This is working out dear to sell now as having to go to the shop all the time.
