Anyone received a refund on unused SD labels?
Seems only the mentors and agents are stating that you do. They are providing a link but is a waste of time as nothing is actioned.
I can understand ebay wanting to make money from sales as they are not a charity but surely a more transparent way like before (% of sales amount) is better than the false pretence of free selling when they are clearly making money from unused SD labels.
Business selling is another solution but only if postage payments can be chosen by the seller.

Which items were you expecting postage refunds for?
Your last two items were collection only and previously the items you sold have a postage cost to the buyer of £2.72.
Unless an item is listed with free postage (seller pays) then the buyer pays Ebay for the postage and Ebay make a label available for the seller to use.
If the label is not used, then the buyer is refunded because they paid for the postage.

It wasn't the last two, it was the previous 15 that I gave free postage for. I have claimed about 12 times and received nothing. It was because of this that I charged postage for the 2 items that you mentioned.

Why do you have so many postage labels to cancel?
Who actually bought and paid for the labels, if buyer also buys the label then they get any refund.

They are too old for refunds
A refund has to be claimed within 14 days of sale and meet all the conditions below
To process your refund, we'll verify the following:

Only last two items were charged to the buyer. All previous were free postage. Also, no items were collection only.
