Seller posted to wrong address

An EBay seller sold me a vacuum cleaner and posted it to the wrong address, as it didn’t arrive I contacted him and he said sorry I will send another I gave home the correct address and postcode, strangely this one didn’t arrive either. Now E Bay say it’s been delivered so no refund is forthcoming, and PayPal are saying the same. I left a scam feedback but e bay removed it. How can I get my £148 back. Seller just says it’s been sent.

It would have helped to provide more information.

What you should have done inthe frst place was to open an item not received case under eBay's money back guarantee.

The seller would have been required to provide tracking proof of delivery to the address eBay provided. By default, this would have been the address you have registered with eBay, unless when checking out you requested delivery to another address.

If the tracking record confirms that it was delivered to address provided by eBay, your claim would have been refused. If it was not tracked as not delivered you would have received a full refund.

What you mean by "the seller posted it to the wrong address" we don't know. It's hard to provide any meaningful unless you explain this.
