50 pound voucher missing

I was promised 50 pounds off my next purchase after selling an item 10+ and have since sold 2 items which are above 10 pounds however the coupon seems to have disappeared even though there was a notification saying that I have fulfilled the condition but I haven’t received anything 

is this just eBay marketing?

You need to check the terms of the offer as they can vary,a recent offer was voucher to be issued after 3 weeks and check your emails for the voucher not forgetting to check your spam folder.

Sorry for not updating post. The issue has been since solved as I have talked to customer service they said they’d send the code. However it will take two weeks which is very disappointing as it’s an automated service.
