Does an one know what the seller in the USA has to do to enable me to buy and ship to UK ?

I want to buy several items on  Ebay USA but when it comes to buy or make an offer EBAY says seller doesn't ship to the UK even though they are willing to do so ? I never have had this problem in the past with private sellers and I am prepared to pay all taxes and shipping costs. What does the seller in the USA have to do to the listing to change this.

If it's not accepting your bid via the global shipping service the seller can either add postage direct to the UK to their listing, or put your ID on their exemption list to lift the block.   You can send them this link for the US site:
https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/ExemptBuyers

And increase postage to the correct amount on the invoice to send you afterwards.
