Customer selected Evri, but is asking me to ship with Royal Mail

My customer wants to change the delivery method after the shipping has been paid for and the label generated. They are happy to pay the difference, but I cannot see any option to change the shipping methods on the order, what is best to do here?

Customer selected Evri, but is asking me to ship with Royal Mail

Probably best to cancel the transaction and relist with RM price.   If it wasn't an option the first time you'll have to opt out of Simple Delivery during the listing process via the postage options menu icon on the right of the postage section.

 

And to cancel the first label go to orders, select Postage Labels on the left-hand side, then go to the actions dropdown menu next to the label and select Void Label.
