Artists oil paint

Hi. I have just sold 2 tubes of oil paint to a guy in Belgium. I am in the UK. The tubes are 37ml each and are 'Phthalo Green'. This is a non toxic paint. Can I post through Ebay GSP?? I can't find a definitive yes or no.!! TIA.
