I bought a couple of beach loungers last week. They arrived but are very uncomfortable on my shoulders and too heavy to carry. I have started a return but don't understand the process. Do I have to pack the items again as I threw the box away? What about the address - I have no idea who the seller is. What about printing off the label, how to do this with no printer? Would it be cheaper to return items this way? I read that seller won't pay return. Am very disappointed and stressing over this and there is no-one to talk to from ebay...won't be buying anything from them again. Any help gratefully received. Thanks
