payouts on hold, total incompetence

There's probably not an answer to this anyone can give as ebay don't seem to show what rules they themselves follow.

My account has had payouts blocked intermittently probably 5 or 6 times now. Each time I go through the slow verification process of ID etc and it gets lifted them at some random time it happens again. The last time was 5 weeks ago, I was assured this was an 'ebay bug' and wouldn't happen again.

Logged in to have a look at payouts today and once again, same thing.

No email, just found it randomly. In ebay's world not notifying you of this is fine. In the seller's world, we are potentially posting our items with no payout guarantee in place.

Here is today's example of ebay customer support. It's basically platitudes and incompetence. I don't hold out any hope for a timely resolution and have messaged customers to say orders will be delayed indefinitely until ebay fix this issue:

Failure to deliver on time and you will get so many defects thst you are likely to becpermanently suspended.

 

The fact that ebay may be to blame will not prevent your seller dashboard showing you as below standard.

 

Continual transferring makes me wonder if anyone knows what they are doing, but as I said, late deliveries will wreck your account.
