Does anyone know if or when the Global Shipping Program service to the USA will be resumed?

This is still ebay response.

The point with GSP is that buyer has nothing further to pay on arrival, as all charges are dealt with at payment.

While there are unknown factors such as tariffs GSP cannot be sure of what fees/taxes to collect.
