Return Request - Photos provided are not of the item I sent

Hi

I sold a pair of sunglasses. The buyer has requested a return on the basis they are not genuine (I believe they are). The photos the buyer included are not of the same glasses i sent so I am worried that he will return a fake pair. What can I do?

You need to approve the return and issue a return label.  If you get back something other than what you sold, come back here for advice.

Message the buyer and check they have got the right seller.

Point out that the sunglasses are not the ones you sold to them and ask them if they have made a mistake.

I assume they have opened a case and requested a return officially through Ebay.

If they have and they insist the picture is what you sent, you will have to accept the return and provide a label.
