I have sold an item but seller not received contacted evri they said I have to go to eBay to report but every time I go on eBay to report it says no case submitted we’re do I go to raise this issue for the buyer please
The Buyer needs to submit a suitable 'Not Received'case and escalate case to eBay after 4 complete days for a full refund --- Non delivery by Evri is a separate Seller issue >
