Item not received lost at depot

I have sold an item but seller not received contacted evri they said I have to go to eBay to report but every time I go on eBay to report it says no case submitted we’re do I go to raise this issue for the buyer please

Ask the buyer to open a "not received" case on ebay.    Assuming you used Simple Delivery the refund will come from ebay and you keep the payment.

The Buyer needs to submit a suitable  'Not Received' case and escalate case to eBay after 4 complete days for a full refund --- Non delivery by Evri is a separate Seller issue >
