Manually add tracking to sent items

Hello everyone 

I've successfully sold two items on eBay, and despatched items after buyers' paid.  However, I didn't want to use the "Simple delivery" process as the EVRI pickup point isn't local to me.  

I have tracking numbers but can't manually add the tracking numbers.  The buyers have confirmed receipt and I have also tracked them, but I am still awaiting payment for my sold items.

I wish eBay hadn't added this option as the buyers selected this option.

 

How soon will I receive payment, because both items show despatched, but as there is no tracking number attached to EVRI to show they have been received.

Any assistance would be welcome,.otherwise I could be saying goodbye to £135.

Manually add tracking to sent items

To add the new tracking number you still need to generate the original prepaid label.   Then go to the More Actions dropdown menu or View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow and change the tracking.   That has to be done on a desktop browser.

 

After that you can cancel the original label here:

Or if the buyer paid for it it will be refunded to them automatically in 30 days.

 

But even if you can't do the above the payment will be released anyway in 14 days.
