I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding not just one incident — but an ongoing pattern of incompetence, delays, and disrespect from eBay customer support.
I am a seller with over 8 years of history on this platform. For the past month and a half, I have repeatedly contacted eBay about a technical issue with combined shipping, and I have been:
Ignored
Passed from one agent to another
Given copy-paste answers that show no understanding of the case
Asked to repeat the same steps multiple times
Given contradictory explanations
Promised escalation — which never happened
And most recently, left mid-conversation by an agent after I provided a screenshot and asked for real help
And still, no resolution. No responsibility. No urgency.
I expect to be contacted by someone with the authority and knowledge to fix this — not another generic support reply.
