Hi I sold an item for delivery but buyer later brought other items that were collection only so collected all together. Now I can't mark as collected how do I sort this out and refund the delivery cost.
You can mark it as dispatched by downloading the postage label. After that the buyer will automatically get a refund for the unused label in 30 days. That is all you can do. As there's no tracking the payment will be held for 14 days.
