SIMPLE DELIVERY ISN'T SIMPLE - BRING BACK THE CUSTOM DELIVERY OPTION
Why have they removed the Custom Option, this Simple Option isn't simple, it is restrictive and complicated.
I had a parcel delivered by Evri it took a week when I send via the Post Office or other delivery options it is a couple of days, I was wondering why my buyers commented on my quick deliveries, now I know, I didn't use the Simple option.
In 15 years I have only had 2 items lost by Royal Mail and compensation was received. My son used the Simple delivery the week before last and the parcel has still not arrived, presumably lost.
I like many other private sellers wont be listing any new items for sale. Ebay is making it too complicated, difficult and time consuming to list items and I have better things to do with my time.
This is probably their intention as it appears they want to have business sellers, in doing so they lose the thing that makes eBay different from Amazon and other sites.
