Have not received funds

I sold an item and posted it on the 30th. It says it’s been delivered but eBay hasn’t released the funds yet. Why ?

Payouts now under Simple Delivery are released when tracking showing delivery the payout is released 2 days after that delivery date.

If you are a new or returning seller, the payout may be held longer up to 30 days.

Did you add the tracking to the sale in 'orders' when you posted it?

Does the tracking on the Ebay site now show that the item was delivered?

Your funds are usually released 48 hours after tracking on Ebay shows as delivered.

Even if you have checked the courier's site and it is shown as delivered, it still has to show 'delivered' on Ebay.

Thanks for your reply. Yes the tracker number is supplied and is showing it was delivered on Wednesday at 15:47 but still no money
