Hazardous substance

Nitromors paint stripper is a hazardous substance sold to me on Ebay, it arrived to me in a very damaged tin. I have been sent a Royal Mail returns label. Royal Mail do not permit Nitromors to be sent through their network. I have been sent through endless circles trying to get help from Ebay without result. I have no idea what to do next?

 Open 'Not as described' return case which needs to be escalated to eBay after 4 days --- eBay should assist with hazardous material return case if you contact CS to explain the difficulty --- a return may not be necessary.
