In march I bought a tag heure watch I've just confirmed it's a fake I've reported it to ebay who can't help because of the purchase date my concern is the seller continues selling tag heure watches and ebay have no interest in stopping the seller

The only way to stop that seller is if enough buyers check their watches on receipt and then open cases for item not as described.  Too many of those,  and refunds given raises red flags to eBay and that's when sanctions even bans take place.

You can if you wish inform Tag Heure's HQ  of this seller's activity,  I believe if they then inform eBay,  eBay take action.  They are based in Switzerland but I think they have their base here in the UK in Manchester,  you can Google their address.

Did you fund the payment with a debit or credit card?

If so, you may still just in time to issue a not as described chargeback via your card provider, you have 120 days from your payment date to do this.

You'll get a refund that route.
