Did you send the jackets back in one parcel therefore one tracking number? This ' confirms' only one item, so you'd be refunded for the one item not the other.
Hopefully, you sent the items back separately, so 2 different tracking numbers, and you just need to open another case for the second item, add the tracking number and escalate after 3 days if not refunded beforehand .

If they were bought and received in one transaction it should have been fine to return them in one parcel and you should have received a refund for both. Escalate it to ebay. Probably best to do that direct by requesting a callback on here:
