Qr codes

Hi there.

Ive got 2 parcels to send but haven't been sent the qr codes, not sure on what to do next. 

I'm still going to post the items but I won't get paid as post office need qr codes to print the labels....

Any help would be great, thanks!

Go to the View Order Details page.   Find the order and select Get prepaid label.   You’ll then be given an option to save or print your label and QR code.

If you have problems with that contact ebay using callback on here:

If you end up buying your own postage download the original label and then you should be able to change the tracking number.    Even if you don't you will get the payment but in 14 days time.
