I messed up on postage

Hey I've posted an item to someone, 24hr signed for and tracked. Given them the code etc etc . But I didn't realise I had to print off an Ebay postage label. And there's no way to add a tracking number to said item. What do I do? The AI chat box is not helpful at all

To add the new tracking number (and mark as dispatched) you still need to generate the original prepaid label.   Then go to the More Actions dropdown menu or View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow and change the tracking.   That needs to be done on a desktop browser.    But even if you can't manage to do that the payment will be released anyway in 14 days.
