PO £1.55 100g option not available for relisting

I have been selling beads and findings. I always use the 100g padded envelope £1.55 option. for some of my items I am being forced to post for £2.74. There is no advanced option available. 

My current item is for £6 (jewellery making chains) 

The postage options are Large letter £2.74, small parcel and large parcel.

I 've tried talking to the auto agent which is worse than useless. Any help would be appreciated.

Your items are under £6 so should be eligible for Custom Postage, but as I see from many posts here that option is just not available for many people. 

Try Rick's solution from the link below,  it works for Oversize items,  but should work equally well for your items.
