The site clearly states,
"Funds will be available in eBay balance within 24 hours after the item is delivered to the UK Shipping Centre."
And yet everytime I sale internationally the fund do not release when the royal mail tracking is marked as delivered. This site even states it has been delivered to the hub.
Each time I have had to call CS adn then explain to the agent the policy as they never seem to know it. last time I got transfered 4 times before it got resolved.
This is starting to make me not want to offer international postage.
