Dispatch time

Hi, I want to start selling car body parts that will be freshly painted to the order. I can see that other sellers who are selling similar items got 30 days to dispatch the item but when I'm trying to make a listing it shows only a maximum of 3 days dispatch time. I even switch my account to business but still the same. Any advice?

If you have just upgraded to a business account, you may have a short wait before you can use all of the facilities a business account enjoys.

If you can't list how you want after 24 hours, contact Ebay Customer Services for advice.
