Are you sure this is from an eBay seller?
If you have purchased some recent items from eBay, checkout those sellers, they may just have posted to the wrong buyer.
Click on the seller's listings, then down the left sidebar click on Sold. If you find the item there, send that seller a message that you have received their item in error, for them to send you enough money to cover a fully tracked return postage to return the item back to them.
Do not be fobbed off with sending to the correct buyer, it goes back to the seller.
If this is not the case, and no one else in your household knows of this purchase, google Brushing Scam see if that applies here.

Have you seen my answer above it explains how to search if this was through an eBay seller.
Is there a return address on the back? Did it come via Royal mail, and your Postie ?

I'm sorry no need to be rude when I'm just trying to help. Answering hundreds of questions easy to miss a point that this was an RM delivery.
Personally, then I would hand this back to the Postie if you cannot find the eBay seller you purchased from, by checking their sold items . Just explain this is an unknown ordered item, some eBay seller has made a mistake.
Have you looked through any last eBay Purchases then clicking on the seller's listings, left had sidebar go to sold. You'd have to open the item and see if you can find a sold corresponding item, this is the only way to find the seller of that item, who has sent it to the wrong buyer, easily done !
