Simple Delivery Query

Hi can anyone help?  Prior to this new SD system I posted my items in the Royal Mail large parcel post boxes without having to go to a post office.  I've never ever had a proble with this.  Can I still just post items like this or do I now have to wait in a post office queue for them to scan the ( now ) tracked item first?

If sending non tracked, post box is fine.

But, you won't be able to prove delivery and will have to refund if buyer claims not received, 

You will also have to wait 14 days for money.

If tracked, then you must get item scanned at PO. 

Payment is 2 days after tracked as delivered.

Ok thanks for your reply. Massively inconvenient now. I’ve rarely ever had a problem with Royal Mail in the past 20 years so tracking isn’t necessary for most items. EBay should only have enforced this on problem sellers !
