I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent purchase. I ordered a new screen, but instead, I received an old screen. After returning the incorrect item, I was sent a screen for a completely different device.
This situation is highly concerning, and I expect an immediate resolution. If my money is not refunded or the correct product is not provided, I will be forced to file a formal complaint with the relevant consumer protection authorities.

If it's still within 30 days of the original delivery date start a return on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041
select "Doesn't match description" and if necessary escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.

In Sweden --- ''Recent purchase''. --- important to know when the item arrived as you are only allowed 30 days to open an eBay case from then.
Open a 'Not as described' return case which needs to be escalated to eBay after 4 days --- follow instructions carefully to completion ---
https://pages.ebay.co.uk/ebay-money-back-guarantee/
Outside that 30 day time limit, you need to seek advice from your Bank/Payment provider re;- Chargeback

You should never accept replacements, instead return for a refund and then buy a new one, possibly from someone else.

To avoid similar problems in future it would be a good idea to read about eBay's money back gurantee. Returns and refunds should be made through eBay, and when you've already had a problem it's risky to accept a replacement - safer to insist on a full refund.
There is no point in sending you a link to this as the t&c may be different on your site. (You're in Sweden and these are the UK boards.)
