Issue while connecting my account for payout

Hi there, I'm converting my account into a seller, but there is an error has occurred while processing the application that something went wrong while connecting my account for payout. So, what should I do now?

It is all very simple, there is no connecting account for payout, you simply have to add a bank account so that ebay can credit when you withdraw funds or debit if you owe for fees.

Thanks a lot, but there is a red banner that comes at the top where I have to put my payout information, stating that "Something isn't right. Try again."  I tried again, but I still have that issue.

Access to your account is needed for this you'll need to contact eBay Customer Services.

It's an automated assistant at this time,  but if you wait until 9 a.m. a ' live ' agent will be available and that early you should get Dublin.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I do recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

The username is irrelevant  it's the ebay registered name that must match the bank account exactly.

No, your username, revoop, has nothing to do with registration for managed payments, it's your real name that matters, I.e first name, surname etc.  What it has on your bank account needs to match the name you used to register your ebay account in the first place. 

That might not be the issue though.
