Tracking i can't add

I sold a item and was unable to do a prepaid label as the address was to long so i done it through evri I messaged the buyer through ebay with tracking details the items has arrived and positive feedback left but I have been unable to add tracking so unable to collect funds i have tried the option on this page but not showing more options i tried calling ebay but just as I get to the point of speaking to a agent i have been cut off any ideas please thanks paul

Tracking i can't add

If you cannot add your tracking from Orders >>  More Actions,  you will need to contact Customer Services again,  for them to add this number for you.  If it's not possible,  it's a minimum 14 days wait for the release of this payout.

 

Contact CS now,  lines just opened for live agents,  and there's more chance of Dublin answering first thing.

 

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays


9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.


Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.


I do recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
