I’ve never used global shipping before, are the fees charged in addition to the normal selling fee?

There is no fee to join the Global Shipping Programme, but some eBay listing fees still apply to you and your buyer.

As a seller, there are some fees and selling costs that may apply to you, including an international fee if you're a business or private seller.
