Suddenly charged a small fee

Hi,

I haven't used my account in over a year, but I was just charged £2.45 by eBay, and I'm not sure what for. I can't contact eBay because all I get are chat bots who know nothing. My bank statement just says EBAY C *then some numbers* -£2.45 INTERNET. I'm not sure if this is legit or not, and if not, if I'll have to contact my bank. I'm just not sure if eBay has like some new yearly listing fees (I can't recall this being a thing, but I can't say for sure), since I do still have listings up from last year, or if this tiny amount is something else?
