Listing wrongfully removed !

If a listing that looked like ivory but it was in fact a new hand made resin item and this is guaranteed factual was removed what can be done ? If an appeal for the removal was made but eBay said they stand by their decision because ivory is not allowed ! I fully understand the rules about selling animal products but if an item is 100% guaranteed resin & though it looks a bit like ivory it definitely is not. The decision could be accepted for the removal reluctantly but eBay need to know their assumptions without facts are wrong and their “ experts” are not so expert in differentiating fact (man made resin products) and assumption ( Ivory) x

Was there any mention of the word ' ivory' in the description or title?  For example,  ivory coloured , or item has an ivory effect, then eBay's bots will pick this up and remove your item.

You made the appeal and eBay you say is standing by their decision, then nothing else can be done,  you will have to find another platform to sell this item, it cannot be relisted on eBay.
