I want to return an item but can’t see it in purchases to start a return

Did you buy it within 30 days?
Were you logged into your Ebay account when you bought it or did you buy as a guest?  If that is the case, you need to find the email you got from Ebay when you paid and start from there.

If you cannot see it in your eBay Purchases then it looks like you made a Guest Purchase , your eBay account would not be used for this.
