Higher postage cost

Hi

I have a problem. I sold a book, Ebay suggested postage should be £2.70 and send a code. At post office they said its £4.05, so I had to pay it, and I couldn't use the code ( postage not used).  How can I claim my money back?

With Special Delivery the buyer pays for that postage label so if not used they will be automatically refunded in 30 days.

If you had seller pays for postage,  so ' Free Postage' in effect then you need to cancel your postage label here within 14 days.
