eBay Simple Delivery has compensation up to £750 not £150
If you want to send via RM Special Delivery instead you can arrange that yourself but will need to add your tracking number, you may be able to do this from your order if not contact customer services to see if they can change it for you.
As your item had free postage you can claim a refund for the unused label here https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller but a claim must be made within 14 days of sale.

Arranging myself was the intention but the system has gone backwards & taken further power from sellers like we are untrusted, incapable. I certainly didn't expect eBay to take a random sum for postage from the sale. It's not openly clear anywhere that compensation is to £750 & of course, simple delivery has no before 1pm next day delivery. It's unnecessary tinkering of the system. Thanks for the link which someone DMd me yesterday. Claim in.
