I sold and sent an item to a buyer. The item didn't arrive so I refunded his money. Then the item did arrive. I relisted the item to allow him to buy it for the same price as before,and he paid. All good so far. Then Ebay took the money out my account and refunded him for a second time. This time though the buyer is ignoring my requests to return the money. Any ideas?
