So I sold an item and posted it to a UK buyer on June 21st. It went by Royal Mail then Pitney Bowes (?). Nine days and still not any delivery attempt. Is this normal??

If you sent ro Pitney Bowes, that is UK GSP centre.
As long as shows delivered to there, you are covered.
It will take longer to be delivered to buyer in their own country.

Yes but it took 10 days to go from one UK address to another UK address! Surely that’s not normal, is it?
