I listed an item as collection only, but during the seven day auction I decided to offer a postage option. Because the auction was live and there were bids on it I couldn't change the delivery options but I could add additional description where I mentioned this. The winning bidder wants me to post it but I don't seem to have any way of creating a postage label. I can of course just ask the wining bidder for their address and make a postage label and take to the post office but that takes me out of the Ebay system as I won't have a QR code to scan so I am reluctant to do this. Any ideas please. Thanks.
