Problems with a couple of ebay screens

Found in the last week that when entering a new item for sale you are unable to load the preview screen which sits there trying to load so you have to go striaght to agreeing to list. Then check the item in the listing and ammended it via revise on the main page.

Also have found in the last couple of days if you try to print a Packing Slip it will not load and you just get the spinning circle in the middle of the screen - but does not load.

Anybody got any answers to these problems?

Packing slip is a new (ish)  issue, many are experiencing this,  you are not alone.  eBay are aware and are working on it,  but no timescale yet,  when this will be fixed.

The Preview?  Has not been working for a very looong time! 

Never use it,  just check and double chheck your listing and send it live, it will be exactly as you last saw it. Any changes you wish to make you'll have time to revise, but be aware Classified ads when live cannot be changed.

What is the difference between reviewing/editing a listing and editing a live listing. 

If you prefer getting it right before going live, use scheduling, that also gives you the ability to list at a time of your choosing.
