Buyer made an offer that I accepted, but why do I have to pay postage?

Hi, I listed an item and stated that the buyer pays postage. The buyer made an offer a few pounds lower than the Buy It Now price, which I accepted. However, when I clicked through to get the postage label, I have to pay postage (£3.45). Is it the case that offers do not include postage? Thanks.

Offers do not include postage, so buyer pays price, plus whatever postage you quoted plus the insurance fee, which is based on sale price.

Did you not look to see what buyer paid as that would answer your question.

I now have the receipt which shows that the buyer paid the offer price, plus postage and buyer protection.

But when I click through to print the postage label, it says I have to pay again for postage.
