I recently sent a parcel to a customer via eBay which was supposed to have been delivered by EVRI on the 19/06/25.
The buyer had not received the item by this date and was told to wait a few more days and yet it still hasn't arrived. Then EVRI has told them that the item has been lost and they were provided a full refund after opening a case for the order, but I as the seller have been left with a loss of the money the buyer paid for the item, as well as the item itself.
I've spoken to EVRI directly regarding this, they confirm the item is lost as its been over 10 days and they say it is the responsibiliy of eBay to provide information on the next steps for compensation etc.
Please can someone help me find out how to get compensation for this as i've tried using the ebay Chat service and it hasn't helped at all, as ebay has closed the case saying my seller performance won't be affected, but what about my compensation for the £15 lost item?
Any advice is welcome,
