Hepa air purifier

I bought a hepa air purifier ,within a month stopped working  . Been in touch with supplier ,,Purcsting. Stlll no reply,    thought it maybe the filter,  cant find a filter to fit .can anyone advise  =hepa medical air fiter .

Is there a manufacturers name you can contact for more of these High Efficiency Particular Air filters? It is unusual that they stop working so soon.
