Combined shipping on items with offer

Finding interest in multiple items from the same seller, I have been given seperate offers from the seller on each item. Though as far as i can see i’m not able to use these offers and at the same time combine the shipping on the items? 

Putting them in the basket, the offers given doesnt follow. 

This seems weirdly diffucult, as it would allow seller to ship in a combined postage, and for buyer to save money on the shipping.

There is a current technical issue for seller offering a combined postage on some items.

Ask the seller if they are able and if not, would they refund that difference in postage, after purchase.

Be aware,  even if they say yes,  there'd be nothing to enforce them to do this partial refund.
