Call back issue

I am trying to contact eBay Agent.

But for some reason call back is not working in my account . any idea?

I'm not sure our standard callback link works for business sellers:

Isn't there an alternative for businesses?

Normally I request a call back by click on "Help and contact" then we can see various category opened and we need to select the Correct option from these categories in order to call back.

Today when i tried for call back it does not allow me put order details etc etc. I tried a refresh and then restart my system. Then tried on other page But for some reason it doe snot allow me to mention / write details.

@**peaseblossom**  thats the right one for business too, unless Concierge I think who may have a separate one.

@onestopstore-uk  these settings changed a little while back so I remember with what you are saying that you used to be able to do this, but (and I haven't contacted CS of late) sure these bits are not now available, and its the straight forward call back. As a tip always try and do in the morning as you stand a better chance of getting Dublin.
