A potential customer made an offer on an item which I had listed to accept offers of £40 and above. His offer was refused by eBay. I relisted the item to accept offers of £39 and above. The customer’s offer was still refused. What’s worrying is that I’d have known nothing about this attempted transaction if the customer hadn’t contacted me.
What’s happening here? I’m concerned that I might be losing business because of a system that’s not working properly.
