Restricted account - different scenario

I have been an eBay seller for over 16 years and just over 6 weeks ago, eBay have restricted my account, not allowing me to remove any of the funds from my account. Although they have not stopped me listing anything new, I can’t have the monies for what I have sold. I have contacted them on numerous occasion via both live chat and by speaking to someone directly. They give the reason as “set out in your messages” but I have not had any email or message from them and I have requested a copy of this several times too. They locked my account on 27th August and after a couple of calls I had a message on 3rd September requesting photo ID, which I have duly provided but am still waiting 6 weeks later for my account to be released and no-one can tell me why or how likely this will take to resolved - apparently it is with their “back office” and they have expedited my request several times.. I have not had any disputed transactions during this time either??. Not impressed with their “customer service” and they do not seem to have a complaints procedure either or if they do, they do not know how to follow it! Has any else had similar issues please?

Restricted account - different scenario

We cant help you per se as members, buyers and sellers like you self and we don't have access to you account to see what or if there is an under lying issue.
