Postage label didn't cover the weight

Hi

I just sold a high value camera. The prepaid label didn't cover the weight. The guy at the post office assured me all would be well by cancelling the prepaid and purchasing from him new postage amount.

Now the tracking isn't correct on the item. How do I add the new tracking info

You can change the tracking number via View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow > Add Tracking.    That has to be done on a desktop browser.
