Problem making a listing

I have a UK account but currently I am in Spain. Both my UK and Spanish addess are on my personel details- I want to sell something but can not seem to make a listing. It was quite difficult to get the pictures downloaded, I had to keep refreshing the page. On the page after shipping section nothing works, I can´t select pick up only, or adjust preferences, preview or list although I can save for later. Any ideas please?

You haven't sold for a while.

Have you added bank account to accept payments? 

It needs to be UK high street bank, not Internet only only, as ebay acount is registered on UK site.

Also OP dont' forget if you selling an item from Spain and your account is registered in the UK the item will be subject to VAT etc
